Water/Wastewater Services

The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)-enacted by congress in 1974 and amended in 1986-set federal regulatory and enforcement standards for water quality throughout the United States. Administered by the Environmental Protection Agency and various state agencies, pollution control requirements
and procedures have been established to improve the water quality.

These procedures include standards of compliance for water purification and for wastewater collection and treatment. Ratnala & Bahl, Inc. expertise in the design, engineering and construction management of these facilities can help our clients to upgrade existing systems or to design new ones that comply with regulatory standards, meet peak capacity demands and help protect the water supply.
